Known as Chachas, Sonajeros or Rattles this instruments are widely used amongst the Inga, Kamentsa, Siona & Kofan tribes of Colombia. This instrument is made out of dried hollow seeds, cut and perforated, threaded with natural fiber and secured by a bright Red and Black Seed, representation of the duality of the human perception. 
Shamans wield this instrument during the traditional rituals such as Yagé, Daime, ayahuasca, San Pedro, Peyote, Mushroom ceremonies and even Kamboo, calling upon their warm sound to thread as water the current of the experience being able to aid the practitioner into healing, celebration and heart center connection. 

Rattles make for an excellent journeying companion and beautiful tool to integrate during sound healing or daily meditation practice.
