Baskets Care Guide
In the event of fruit stains on your basket we recomend:
For Light Stains
- Wipe with dry cloth following the direction of the fibers, remove excess with lightly damp cloth, let air dry.
For Heavier Stains
-Wipe with dry cloth following the direction of fibers, Spray Vinegar + water on a 50/50 mix, Use light bristle brush following direction of fibers, Tap lightly with cloth to remove excess, let air dry.
To Preserve Natural Pigment
Baskets are dyed naturally which means cero chemicals, we recomend avoiding direct sunlight as it may slightly fade color brightness over time.
To Preserve Fibers
Natural fiber Baskets are recomended for indoor use, avoid exposure to outdoors and changing weather conditions such as high humidity, rain, direct heat or garden use.
How long does Coffee stays fresh for?
Coffee is best consumed within the first 8 months and preserves most of its aromas and flavor up to one year.
Generally speaking Coffee does not go "bad" but starts an oxidation process after is roasted, meaning it slowly loses overtime aromatic and flavors notes.
How to care for Earring Hooks?
Unlike real gold, costume jewelry can tarnish, there are several reasons why jewelry becomes dull or dirty to begin we recomend avoiding direct contact with water, lotions or perfumes.which cause a chemical reaction, leaving them appearing as tarnished or discolored.
Luckily it’s an easy fix. Whether they’re earrings, a flashy necklace clasp or a Hair clip, a regular silver polishing cloth or bronze cream lightly applied will keep your jewelry hardware shinny and crisp looking.
Are Earring Hooks Hypoallergenic?
No, our jewelry is handmade in the indigenous reserves of Colombia where materials are very limited to find.
Most hooks and metal accents on the jewelry are made of steel or bronze

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
